Ben Paretti, LSW is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker who is committed to helping individuals build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and improve their overall emotional well-being. He earned his Master of Social Work from Rutgers State University and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from State University of New York at New Paltz. Ben is currently pursuing clinical supervision toward his LCSW and has experience working with individuals across a variety of mental health settings.

Ben utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. He has experience providing individual therapy, facilitating psychoeducational and process groups, conducting crisis interventions, and supporting clients through challenges related to anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, substance use, trauma, and other life stressors.

Prior to his clinical work, Ben served in educational settings supporting children with behavioral, emotional, developmental, and learning needs, which strengthened his skills in advocacy, communication, emotional regulation, and behavioral support. His approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on empowering clients to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Ben is currently a therapist at Monarch Counseling Center, where he provides individual counseling services to adolescents and adults. He is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their challenges, build confidence, and work toward achieving their personal goals.
